Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Unregulated assets

Crypto products and virtual digital assets (VDAs) are currently unregulated in India and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss arising from such transactions.

2. Volatility

VDA prices can rise or fall sharply within minutes. You could lose part or all of the money you invest. Past performance is not a guide to future returns.

3. Liquidity

Some assets may have limited trading volume. You may not be able to buy or sell at your desired price or at all during periods of market stress.

4. Technology risk

Blockchain networks can experience congestion, forks, bugs or attacks. Transfers sent to an incorrect address or network are generally irreversible.

5. Regulatory and tax risk

Laws governing VDAs may change, which could affect your ability to hold or trade them or their value. Gains are taxed at 30% and 1% TDS applies on transfers, as per current Indian law.

6. SIP and baskets

Systematic investing reduces the impact of timing but does not guarantee profits or protect against loss in a falling market. Basket allocations reflect research views, not guarantees.

7. No advice

Information on the Platform is for general purposes only and is not investment, legal or tax advice. Invest only what you can afford to lose and seek independent advice if unsure.
