1. Commitment

QUANTITX PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime, in line with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and the rules and guidelines issued under it.

2. Customer due diligence

Every user must complete KYC before transacting. We verify identity using PAN, Aadhaar or other officially valid documents, along with liveness or selfie checks, and may request additional information at any time.

3. Enhanced due diligence

Higher-risk customers, large or unusual transactions, and politically exposed persons are subject to enhanced checks, including source-of-funds verification.

4. Transaction monitoring

We monitor deposits, trades and withdrawals for suspicious patterns and screen wallet addresses and users against sanctions and watch lists.

5. Reporting

Where required, we report suspicious and other prescribed transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND) and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

6. Record keeping

KYC documents and transaction records are retained for the period prescribed under PMLA after the end of the business relationship.

7. Account actions

We may freeze, restrict or close accounts and decline transactions where we suspect illegal activity or where the user fails to complete due diligence.
