1. Who we are
QUANTITX PRIVATE LIMITED ("QuantitX", "we") is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through the QuantitX Platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
2. Data we collect
Identity and KYC data (name, PAN, Aadhaar, photograph, date of birth, address), contact details, bank account details, transaction and wallet data, device and log information, and communications with our support team.
3. How we use it
To verify your identity, open and operate your account, process deposits, trades and withdrawals, prevent fraud and money laundering, meet legal and regulatory obligations, provide support, and improve our services.
4. Sharing
We share data only with banking and payment partners, KYC and verification providers, cloud and security vendors bound by confidentiality, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We retain KYC and transaction records for the period required under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and related rules, and other data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and you should also protect your own credentials and devices.
7. Your rights
Subject to law, you may access, correct or update your data, withdraw consent for optional processing, and raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
